This consultation letter seeks your views on our proposals for increases in fees for lorry and bus testing, operator licensing, bus registration and fees levied by the International Road Freight Office (IRFO).

We would also like your comments on other proposed changes to regulations governing the testing and inspection of heavy goods vehicles and trailers.
