20-01-05 VOSA Operator Self-Service - winner in 2004 e-Government awards
VOSA's Operator Self-Service on-line business system won two awards last night (19 January) at the e-Government national awards dinner. The awards were for e-Government excellence: Central Government:Team; and for e-Government service uptake: Excellence in usership/user growth.
The e-Government national awards praise and recognise the best electronic applications in UK e-Government, and highlight the important contributions made by e-Government to central and local Government customer-service strategy and delivery.
VOSA is today (19 January) launching the PSV Operator Self Service elements following-on from the successes of the HGV Operator Self Service launched last July - for which the awards have been received.
