| Description : | The hand brake release button can become detached from the ratchet control rod which prevents the pawl at the rear of the lever from engaging the ratchet. the hand brake must then be applied by the driver holding the lever in the engaged position. |
| Remedial Action : | Two solutions have been developed. a. re-fitment of using high strength loctite adhesive. b. Replacement of the button. |
