What You Will Learn

This course gives an overview of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Standard and TS16949 Automotive Quality Standard, the basic requirements of these standards and the documentation that an auditor will be looking for.

Learning Outcomes

Understanding the basic concepts of the ISO9001:2008 and TS 16949 Automotive Quality Standards.
Understanding the documentation and processes that should be in place within your organisation.
Understanding what an external auditor will be looking at when assessing your organisation to these standards.

Delivery Options

This course can be treated as a stand alone course or can be combined with Managing an Internal Audit programme (if appropriate).
