You will learn:

This course provides an overview of the standard, how the clauses may be interpreted and what compliance will mean to you and your business.

Learning outcomes:

Understand the purpose of the standard, with an overview of the clauses and the requirements for implementation.
Understand the requirement for 'legal compliance' and how this can be achieved.
Understand the requirement for 'compliance reviews'.
Understand the meaning of 'continual improvement' and 'pollution prevention' with regard to operational control.
Understand the benefit of internal audit.
