What You Will Learn

This course gives an overview of the audit requirements in general terms for the ISO9001:2008; TS 16949 and ISO 14001:2004 Standards; from the viewpoint of someone managing such an audit. The course looks at the best techniques for preparing for and managing such an audit programme.

Learning Outcomes

Understanding the how to prepare for an ISO 9001:2008; TS16949; or ISO14001:2004 external Audit (in general terms).

Understanding the documentation and processes that should be in place within your organisation.
Understanding what an external auditor will be looking at when assessing your organisation to these standards.
Understanding what is required and also the best techniques to manage an audit programme.

Delivery Options

This course can be treated as a stand alone course or combined with the other Awareness, Implementation and Internal Audit courses that we offer. Pre-Requisites

General awareness of the relevant standard(s) and preferably attendance at the Awareness and Implementation course.
