The Railways for All Strategy was published by the Government in March 2006. It describes how the Access for All funding will be used to improve the accessibility of Great Britain's stations.

The following document lists the first stations in England and Wales on which the Department for Transport has asked Network Rail to begin feasibility studies to identify how access can be improved. This process will include engagement with relevant stakeholders to ensure that the most appropriate solution can be delivered within the objectives of the Access for All funding. This list will be updated as each feasibility study is completed and the current list is maintained below.

Transport Scotland are responsible for the Access for All funding in Scotland and the station list for Scotland is maintained on the Transport Scotland website .
