MR09 - Tracking survey

The purpose of this Tracking survey is threefold: firstly to monitor the effectiveness of marketing tools in raising public awareness of Transport Direct and specifically the Transport Direct Portal; secondly to provide feedback that will assist with the development of the portal; and thirdly assist the evaluation of the Transport Direct programme. The survey is carried out every three months:
