Contribution made by traveline Scotland to modal shift
This report provides an assessment of the extent to which traveline Scotland has contributed to persuade people to make greater use of public transport as part of their travel choice by supporting that choice through high quality travel information.

This project delivered a report on various aspects of the existing traveline service. Particular emphasis was placed on the views of current customers. The project also looked at possible future developments.

traveline mystery shopping - trunk journeys (UG499)
This current project will deliver a report that assesses the extent to which the national requirements for trunk data (data provided by rail and coach) are being achieved within traveline. The assessment will be conducted in conjunction with the principal interested parties - the trunk service operators and the national traveline organisation.
