Transmodel
Transmodel is a public transport reference data model that has underpinned almost all developments of data standards within the UK in recent years and was approved as a European Reference Standard in early 2006. A member of the Transport Direct team is chairing the sub-group that is looking at the future of Transmodel. A group within the International Standards Organisation is considering the possibility of Transmodel being adopted as an International Standard.
