Project: Valuing Transport's Impact on the Natural Landscape

Reference: R105

Last update: 09/12/2013 13:48:25

The aim of the research is to develop transferable monetary values for the impacts that individual transport schemes have on the natural landscape in England.

It follows a series of feasibility studies which examined the potential to develop benefits transfer methodologies for extending monetary valuation to a series of environmental impacts of transport schemes.
The project will deliver a report which could lead to new appraisal guidance on landscape.
