Objectives

The purpose of this project to draw out young people's transport needs and views as an information project to inform policy development.

The project is also encouraged young peoples needs and priorities to shape and tailor services to use the appropriate transport provision by transport planners and providers.

Description

This project is part of DfT's diversity programme enabling us to understand and draw in the need of different social groups for policy development.

Summary of results

  1. A final report was produced containing recommendations. It has provided us with useful information about young people's travel patterns.
