The main objective of this project is to asess the feasibility of developing a model for BNRR that would predict the effects of alternative charging levels and provide evidence which could be tranferred to other inter-urban locations.
This project intends to deliver a report on model design as well as to develop a working prototype, with illustrative runs. In addition, this project will include a report on data sources and a specification of a pilot survey.
