Under the RTFO obligated suppliers are required to register with the RFA within one month of April 15, 2008. Suppliers are being encouraged to register earlier and the registration process for non-obligated suppliers will be made available from April 7, 2008.
Non obligated suppliers need not register but must do so if they wish to claim certificates for the biofuels that they put into the market.
