The Safe and Responsible Driving (Category B) Syllabus™ sets out an approach to delivering effective learning for drivers.
The driver competence framework sets out the ‘building blocks’ on which the standard was constructed. Through this framework it is possible to identify the original research, statistics, professional opinions, and so on, which underpin the standards.
