The drink drive rehabilitation syllabus is designed for those who opt to participate in the course as part of the sentencing court’s disposal of their conviction.
This course may be offered to those convicted of driving or being in charge of a motor vehicle with excess alcohol in their breath, blood or urine or of failing to provide a specimen.
Its objective is to enable those individuals to change their behaviour to prevent further offending and thereby contribute positively to improved road safety.
