Please see the RAIB website: http://www.raib.gov.uk/publications/interim_reports.cfm.
"This interim report sets out the RAIB findings during the first 48 hours of this investigation.
The focus of our ongoing investigation will be the immediate and underlying reasons for the condition of the stretcher bars, and the behaviour of the rolling stock in the extreme conditions of a high speed derailment.
The RAIB may publish further interim reports as the investigation progresses and can at any stage of its investigation issue urgent safety advice and recommendations to such persons as appropriate.
A final public report will be published on completion of the investigation"
