Transport Statistics Great Britain (TSGB)

Transport Statistics Great Britain (TSGB) is a major publication within the scope of National Statistics and provides an accurate, comprehensive and meaningful picture of transport patronage in Great Britain.

All individual tables that make up TSGB are on the web-site in both PDF and EXCEL format, enabling users to manipulate the information to produce further tables or charts. The whole document is available as a PDF file (chapter by chapter) in a separate theme dedicated to TSGB (http://www.dft.gov.uk/transtat/tsgb).
The web-site also contains a great deal of other published statistical material, including (in PDF format) all of the recent bulletins produced by Transport Statistics. It also includes a list of forthcoming publications and their publication dates. In many cases, the bulletins produced during the course of the year provide the first release of data and these are subsequently consolidated into the TSGB tables. Thus TSGB is a snapshot of the latest data available at the time of publication. TSGB tables on the website will be updated when later data becomes available when this is possible.

Over the next 12 months we will be updating TSGB tables on the website at regular intervals.
