Dangerous Goods survey of goods vehicle operators (142 kb)

The aim of this analysis was to investigate the proportion of HGV operators who are currently carrying dangerous goods (as defined by the Carriage of Dangerous Goods Regulations). This was to assist Transport Security Directorate (TRANSEC) with completing a Regulatory Impact Assessment on the implementation of new security measures for the carriage of dangerous goods.
