Communication with cargo inspectors
Could all non-urgent communication with inspectors, wherever possible, please be sent to their mobile e-mail addresses (listed below) rather than by use of the mobile phone? Please leave a full message (rather than just asking for a return phone call) and include your e-mail address and inspectors will endeavour to provide a prompt response.
If Regulated Agents do not have an e-mail facility, a phone call or fax to the office address will be passed on to the appropriate inspector.
Inspectors would be most grateful for the assistance of the industry in this matter.
