Technology and innovation
The Government announced in the Energy Review last year that it would develop a Low Carbon Transport Innovation Strategy. Development of the strategy reflects the critical role that new technology will play in delivering carbon reductions in the transport sector over the long term.
The Strategy is published alongside the Energy White Paper (EWP), which can be found on the Department of Trade and Industry's website (see 'Related internet links' in the right hand column).
