I am directed by the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions to inform you that this scheme has been reviewed by the Highways Agency and as a result it has been decided to withdraw the above published order forthwith. No decision is therefore required on the order.
A copy of the Inspector's report of the local inquiry held in early December is enclosed.
