Increased co-operation on lesser traffic road infringements
A study investigating the practical feasibility of co-operation between the authorities of Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the republic of Ireland on penalties which could result in the endorsement of a driver's record with penalty points with a view to establishing the feasibility of mutual recognition of them.
