This report , which was produced in aid of development of the Department’s position with respect to the proposed Euro VI heavy-duty vehicle emission standard, provides the results of an investigation into the effect of future heavy-duty vehicle emission standards, and the technological approaches required to meet them, upon costs and upon emissions of Carbon Dioxide and Oxides of Nitrogen.
