Freight User Benefits Study
This research was commissioned by the Strategic Rail Authority to establish 'a methodology for determining freight user benefits'. This does not represent Departmental policy and, at present, DfT does not include these benefits in the appraisal of transport schemes. DfT will keep this under review.
