Determination made on 11 May 2007 of a description of closures that are minor modifications. The description covers minor modifications that fall within the eligibility criteria of Section 35(5)(b) of the Railways Act 2005 – part of a station. The Determination has effect in England and Wales. The Scottish Executive has powers to make similar determinations in Scotland, refer to www.transportscotland.gov.uk for details.
