| There have been several injuries and accidents to personnel on RIBs and small vessels operating at high speed when they have been subject to shocks and impacts when hitting or slamming off waves. |
To reduce the risk of injury, please take note of the following;
| ENSURE | passengers and crew are properly seated to reduce risk of injury |
| COMPLY | with the Merchant Shipping (Control of Vibration at Work) Regulations 2007 when operating commercially |
| INVEST | in appropriate seating which reduces the effects of shocks and impacts on those onboard |
