Terms of Reference

To consider issues that affect all fishing vessels and to develop the Guidance for Survey and Inspection

Background

The Group is currently a correspondence, consultative panel to assist with the consideration of issues directly affecting the fishing industry.  Thus ensuring consistent stakeholder input at all stages.

This Group includes representatives from the Fishing Industry, the Marine Accident Investigation Branch (MAIB), the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) and the Sea Fish Industry Authority (Seafish).
