Table 3.1 - Authorisation for Issue of Statutory Certificates to UK Registered Ships
Note: The table below is provided for guidance. Special arrangements may apply in certain cases, in particular for ships on Alternative Compliance Scheme. Exemptions from any UK regulations should be specially considered and agreed by MCA.
UK authorised organisations: ABS, BV, DNV, GL, LR and RINA (Class NK is more limited, excluding passenger, code, and fishing vessels)
MCA retain the right to issue all the listed certificates as necessary.
