INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE GUIDANCE OF SURVEYORS
These Instructions are issued by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) for the guidance of surveyors in surveying crew accommodation arrangements to ensure compliance with the statutory requirements covering merchant ships. They also indicate to shipowners, shipbuilders and other representative organisations the procedures adopted by MCA for the survey of crew accommodation.
