Second Informal Consultation on amending: The Merchant Shipping (Inland Waterway and Limited Coastal Operations) (Boatmasters’ Qualifications and Hours of Work) Regulations 2006

This consultation is a continuation of the one circulated between 14 December 2009 and 7 March 2010.   It outlines the direction of policy the MCA wishes to pursue in amending the BML Regulations having taken into consideration the responses received from the first consultation.  However, there are a number of additional areas in which we actively seek industry opinion.
