The Maritime and Coastguard Agency carry out public consultations connected to our work on forthcoming legislation, guidance and other matters as appropriate. We endeavour to follow the Government’s Consultation Principles, which is published on the Cabinet office website.
View our Current Consultations. MCA consultations are open for comment. If you have comments on the consultation topic, these should be addressed to the nominated representative.
If you have a comment or complaint about the way a particular consultation is conducted, or if you feel it does not comply with the Government’s Consultation Principles, please contact the Agency’s Consultation Co-ordinator at consultation.coordinator@mcga.gov.uk or on 023 8032 9469.

When a consultation period has ended the consultation document is moved to our Closed Consultations.
