JourneyWeb uses a systematic versioning scheme in line with e-Gif standards.
To use the JourneyWeb schema you may either a reference the URL for the appropriate version, or use a local copy held on your own machine, which you can downloaded from this site. Note that from Version 2.4, the schema itself is split into more than one .xsd file.
The current version is 2.2 (also known as 2.1.01c) which has been stable since 2003.
Version 2.4c (Dec 2011, revised Jan 2013) is a enhanced draft to support accessibility and other features and was used for the Olympic games.
Version 2.5a (Apri 2013) is a discussion draft to support NaPTAN accessibility and further accessibility features and may be subject to further changes.
