Important information for all DVLA customers
The Public and Commercial Services (PCS) Union has called upon its members to take part in Industrial Action for 3 hours during the afternoon of 5 April 2013.
As a result, it is possible that DVLA Swansea (including the Contact Centre) and the DVLA Local Office network, may only be offering a reduced service and you may experience longer waiting times if visiting local offices or trying to contact DVLA by phone. Services provided by DVLA Local Offices could be affected from 11:30 am and some Offices could be closed from 1 pm.
