Please note, all calls are handled initially by our call centre based in Swansea.

 

Open: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. On the second Wednesday of each month the office will be open from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.


Please be advised that the local offices in  England, Scotland and Wales will be closed on the following:  Public Holidays 2011-2012

Directions

By Car

From West Wales:

  • M4 Junction 45
  • follow signs to Swansea Centre (A4067)
  • exit dual carriageway at first slip road, taking the first left off the roundabout
  • continue along the small stretch of dual carriageway
  • take the second exit (straight on) at the next two roundabouts
  • at the third roundabout take the third exit (right turn)
  • the entrance to the local office is the first turning on the left
  • follow the road round to the rear of the building

     

From East Wales:

  • M4 Junction 44
  • at roundabout take 2nd exit signposted Swansea Vale Enterprise Park
  • at the next roundabout proceed straight on (1st exit)
  • proceed down the hill turning left at the roundabout at the bottom (1st exit)
  • follow the road under the railway bridge and turn right at the roundabout (1st exit)
  • at 1st roundabout proceed straight on (2nd exit)
  • at 2nd roundabout proceed straight on (1st exit)
  • at 3rd roundabout turn left (1st exit)
  • the entrance to the local office is the first turning on the left
  • follow the road round to the rear of the building

By Bus

  • bus stop on Upper Forest Way, bus service X24 (limited service) from Swansea centre (0.25 miles)
  • bus stop on Morriston Cross, numerous services every 20 mins from Swansea centre (1.5 miles)

By Train

  • Swansea Central Train Station (3.5 miles)
