Please note, all calls are handled initially by our call centre based in Swansea.

Open: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. On the second Wednesday of each month the office will be open from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.

Directions

By Car

  • M4 Junction 32
  • A470 for City Centre
  • through two sets of traffic lights, turn left at 3rd set of lights into Tyn Y Parc Road. You will have the Masons Hotel on your left and petrol station on right.
  • through one set of traffic lights, turn left at second set onto the A469, Caerphilly Road to mini roundabout
  • turn right at mini roundabout into Ty Glas Road taking left lane to go straight on through these lights
  • after pedestrian lights follow road into Ty Glas Avenue, passing through another set of traffic lights
  • stay in left hand lane through next set of traffic lights
  • turn right after High Street store into Parc Ty Glas
  • turn immediately left into Archway House

By Bus

  • Cardiff Bus Station to Llanishen Village, bus services 29 and 86, (0.5 miles)

By Train

  • either Ty Glas Station or Llanishen Village Station. (0.7 miles)
