Please note, all calls are handled initially by our call centre based in Swansea. Open: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. On the second Wednesday of each month the office will be open from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.

Free parking available on the High Street is limited to 40 minutes, or a ‘pay & display’ car park can be located on James Street, immediately adjacent to the Office

There are no on site toilet facilities, the nearest toilets are at Tan-Y-Fynwent Street.

Directions

By Car

  • Leave the A55 at Junction 11 
  • At the roundabout take the exit onto the A5 signposted Bangor
  • At the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A5
  • At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A5
  • Bear left at the end of Beach Road
  • Turn left onto Stryd Y Deon
  • Turn left onto Brick Street
  • Turn right onto James Street (Pay & Display Parking for office)
  • Turn left onto High street (On street Parking)

By Bus

  • The nearest bus stop is the main one in Bangor, generally called 'The Clock'.
  • This is approx. a 5-10 minute walk to the office.

Directions on foot from the bus stop

  • Walk up to 'The Clock' then turn left down High Street.
  • The office is located on the left hand side.

By Train

  • There is a bus stop immediately outside the railway station.

Directions on foot from the Train Station

  •  A number of different buses pass 'The Clock' approx. every 10 mins.
  • The most frequent is No. 5.
  • This is approx. a 15 -20 minute walk to the office.
  • Turn right out of the train station and follow the High Street.
