Open: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. On the second Wednesday of each month the office will be open from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.

Four disabled parking spaces within the car park.
No smoking building; no alternative facilities.

From A55 (either direction):
- follow sign posts to Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital
- straight ahead across the mini roundabout at entrance to hospital
- take the first left, the office is signposted from the road
- first right into car park
- local office is located at far end of building
From Bangor Town Centre:
- travel towards Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital
- local office is on the right one hundred metres before the hospital entrance and is signposted from Penrhos Road
By Bus
- Bryn Ogwen bus stop (30 metres)
- bus services from the town centre to Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital (300 metres)
