Please note, all calls are handled initially by our call centre based in Swansea.


Open: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. On the second Wednesday of each month the office will be open from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.

Closed for essential staff training

Please be advised that the office will be closed for essential staff training on the following dates:

  • Thursday 13th June until 1.30pm
  • Wednesday 11th September until 1.30pm
  • From 1pm Tuesday 8th October until 9am Wednesday 9th October

Facilities


Parking Facilities
No available parking at the office. Seabraes (long stay) car park is adjacent to the office or Science Centre (short stay) parking.
Toilets
Nearest, Dundee Railway Station (600 metres).
Disabled Access
The entrance to the office is at the right hand side of the building. There are no steps and the entrance is suitable for wheelchair use. The Local Office is located on the ground floor of the building.
Hearing Loop
Hearing loop fitted at public counters.
Cash Machines
High Street bank at the corner of Nethergate and Marketgate (400 metres).
Post Box
Internal mail box to the right of the office entrance.
Disabled Parking
There is disabled parking at the Overgate shopping centre in the Overgate.
Disabled Toilets
The nearest disabled toilet is in the Overgate Shopping centre in the Overgate.
Smoking Room
No smoking building; no alternative facilities.
Interview Rooms
One interview room, contact staff for use.
Lifts
The Local Office is located on the ground floor of the building.

Directions

By Car

  • on approach from the A90 going northwards, follow the signs for Dundee Airport, which takes you along Riverside Drive [A85]

  • proceed straight through the next three roundabouts

  • you should now have Captain Scott ship the "RRS Discovery "on your right hand side

  • at the next roundabout turn first left, into South Marketgate [A991] and take the next left

  • you are now in the Greenmarket. Our office is on your left hand side. A three storey building, [coloured black, beige and red]. If you go past our building the long and short stay car parks are on your left and right hand side respectively.

By Bus

  • the vast majority of buses stop in the High Street (650 metres) from all directions

By Train

  • Dundee Station (650 metres)
