Please note, all calls are handled initially by our call centre based in Swansea.

 

Open: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. On the second Wednesday of each month the office will be open from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm. 


Please be advised that the local offices in  England, Scotland and Wales will be closed on the following :  Public Holidays 2011 - 2012

Parking Facilities
There is on street parking (with parking meters) and there’s parking at Craig Street or Queensgate Shopping Centre.
Toilets
Public toilets in the bus station Queensgate Shopping Centre (0.5 miles).
Disabled Access
Access ramp, proceed to Check In on ground floor, assistance will be provided.
Hearing Loop
Hearing loop situated at counter position number two and in the interview room.
Cash Machines
Cash machine at High Street bank, Queensgate Shopping Centre (0.5 miles).
Post Box
External mail box to the right of the main entrance.
Disabled Parking
One disabled parking space for public use at local office. Additional parking on street immediately outside the office.

One disabled toilet.
Smoking Room
No smoking building; no alternative facilities.
Interview Rooms
One interview room, contact staff for use.
Lifts
No lift to check out on the 1st Floor please request assistance if required when you check in.

Directions

By Car

Directions from the A1:

  • take Junction 17 (A1139) Peterborough
  • continue on A1139. Take 3rd slip road sign posted City Centre/Wisbech A47.
  • continue on dual carriageway taking the 2nd slip road sign posted City Centre. Take the 3rd exit at roundabout.
  • continue on dual carriageway. At the roundabout take 2nd exit (straight on).
  • continue toward City Centre. Over the railway bridge take 1st exit at roundabout (A15/ railway station).
  • pass railway station on left, take 3rd exit at the roundabout (Bright Street)
  • at 2nd set of traffic lights turn left on to Lincoln Road
  • the local office is situated 0.25 miles on the left had side before the 2nd set of pedestrian traffic lights

     

    Directions from the A47 (Leicester):

  • continue on A47 following signs for Peterborough
  • A47 becomes a dual carriageway take slip road sign posted City Centre
  • at roundabout take 3rd exit
  • take first slip road at top turn left
  • continue on dual carriageway taking the 2nd slip road sign posted City Centre. Take the 3rd exit at roundabout.
  • continue on dual carriageway. At the roundabout take 2nd exit (straight on).
  • continue toward City Centre. Over the railway bridge take 1st exit at roundabout (A15/ railway station).
