Open: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. On the second Wednesday of each month the office will be open from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.

20 spaces for customers outside the office, when full please use the Pay & Display at Midsummer Meadow 400 yards up Bedford Road towards the Town Centre.

Induction loop on one counter position and in the interview room.

Directions

By Car

From the North and South & West:

  • leave the M1 at Junction 15
  • take the A45 towards the Town Centre. At the roundabout take the third exit or interchange to follow the A45 in an Easterly direction and follow signs for Brackmills
  • at the next roundabout take interchange 4 to exit left, this is the A428 Bedford Road. There are traffic lights at the bottom of the slip road and the inside lane is signed Town Centre.
  • follow the A428 left towards the Town Centre staying in the inside lane. Riverside House is the large, grey concrete building on the right, immediately after the car dealership.

     

    From the East:

  • take the A45 past Wellingborough signed Northampton. As you approach Northampton the first interchange will be signed A43 Kettering go straight through and also go straight through the 2nd interchange to exit onto A428 Bedford Road at the third interchange (with Riverside Shopping Centre on the right ).
  • pass round the roundabout under the A45
  • follow the A428 right towards the Town Centre. Go through the traffic lights, Riverside House is the large, grey concrete building on the right, immediately after the car dealership.

    • By Bus

  • X2, 23, 57 towards and from the town centre stops outside the office on Bedford Road
  • service X4 to and from the Town Centre stops on Cliftonville Road

    • By Train

  • Northampton Railway Station (1.2 miles)
