Open: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. On the second Wednesday of each month the office will be open from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.

Facilities
20 spaces situated next to the public house on Chorley Street.
Toilet facilities at the Stretford Arndale Centre (1.5 miles); local public house (200 metres).
Hearing loop fitted at public counters.
Cash machines are available in the small shops adjacent to the local office (charge payable) and on Sir Matt Busby Way outside Manchester United football ground (free to use).
Internal mail box to left of customer area, external mail box to the right of the entrance gate.
Currently, no dedicated disabled parking spaces.
Toilet facilities at the Stretford Arndale Centre (1.5 miles); local public house (200 metres).
No smoking building; alternative facilities outside.
Two interview rooms are available, contact staff for use.

Directions
By Car
From the North:
- M6 Southbound to Junction 30
- change to M61 and proceed to Junction 1
- change to M60 follow directions to Manchester Airport/Stockport
- Junction 8/7 leave the motorway following the signs to the A56
- turn left onto the A56
- turn left after PC Superstore onto Ravenswood Road and then right onto Chorley Street. You will now come round to the rear to the building with the car park on the left hand side.
From the East:
- M62 westbound to the M60 and then follow the directions from the North
From the West:
- M56 Eastbound onto the A5103, once on A5103 move into the inside lane
- M60 signed Bolton/Leeds to Junction 7
- A56 turn right and follow the directions as from the North
From the South:
M6 north bound to Junction 19
A556 signed M56 Manchester Airport
