There are two public car parks, one in St. George’s Road, drive past the office over the crossroads and it’s on the left. The other is Centre Court car park, drive past the office turn left and left again after the shopping centre and it's on the left.

Lift access to all floors and ramp access to building.
Hearing loop fitted at public counters.
Cash machine at High Street bank opposite Connect House.
External mail box to the right of the main entrance.

- continue straight into A3 (Kingston By Pass) (Surbiton)
- bear left onto Beverley Way (New Malden)

- turn left into B279 (Grand Drive) (London)
- continue straight to B235 (Worple Road)
