By Car
From the North:
- exit M5 at Junction 30
- keep in Exeter lane
- 3rd exit off roundabout marked Dawlish
- take 3rd turning on left A379 marked Dawlish
- at roundabout take 2nd exit signposted Dawlish and Plymouth
- at roundabout take 2nd exit signposted Plymouth and Torquay
- at next roundabout (Devon Hotel) take 3rd exit into Marsh Barton estate
- at mini roundabout take 1st exit
- turn left after Carrs
- take 1st right into Hanover house
From the South:
