Open: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. On the second Wednesday of each month the office will be open from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.

Directions

By Car

  • M6 Junction 44
  • follow signs for Carlisle (A7)
  • at first set of lights take the right turn into Kingstown Industrial Estate (Parkhouse Road)
  • pass fast food restaurant (left hand side)
  • carry on over small roundabout
  • turn left as if going towards supermarket onto Chandler Way
  • carry on past supermarket entrance
  • turn right then right again
  • the office is the building in front of you on the left hand side
  • office is signposted from the motorway

By Bus

  • 62 and 62a from Devonshire Street, Lowther Street or West Tower Street stopping at Asda Supermarket
  • cross over onto Cooper Way
  • take the first turning on the right and the office can be seen straight ahead

By Train

  • taxis are outside the station
  • to get a bus, walk onto the main road and turn left
  • after 275 metres turn right onto Devonshire Street, the bus stop can be found at the end of the road
