Please note, all calls are handled initially by our call centre based in Swansea.


Open: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. On the second Wednesday of each month the office will be open from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.


Closed for essential staff training

Please be advised that the office will be closed for essential staff training on the following dates:

  • Tuesday 18th June until 1.30pm
  • Tuesday 17th September until 1.30pm
  • From 11am Wednesday 9th October until 9am Thursday 10th October

Directions

By Car

From York (A1035):

  • follow A1035 across Beverley Westwood
  • turn right at traffic lights through archway onto North Bar Within
  • turn left onto Hengate and move into right hand lane
  • at traffic lights turn right onto Walkergate
  • follow road for 200 metres
  • at traffic lights turn left into Morton Lane
  • follow road to the end and turn left into Mill Lane
  • take the first right into office car park

From Hull (A1079) bypass:

  • take the A64 exit (signposted Beverley)
  • turn left at the next junction (signposted Beverley)
  • at roundabout follow the road straight on
  • at next roundabout follow Town Centre signs
  • at double mini roundabouts, straight across the first and left at the second leading onto Lairgate
  • follow road through Lairgate (one way system)
  • immediately after traffic lights turn right onto Hengate
  • follow the road moving into the right hand lane
  • turn right at traffic lights onto Walkergate
  • move into the left hand lane and turn left onto Morton Lane at the traffic lights
  • follow road to the end and turn left onto Mill Lane
  • take the first right into the car park

From Hull (A1174):

  • follow road through Woodmansey
  • follow road over flyover and at roundabout take third exit (straight ahead)
  • at the next roundabout turn left onto Hull Bridge Road
  • follow this road over railway lines
  • take first left after pedestrian crossing onto Mill Lane
  • follow the road and bear right before the level crossing
  • take next left into the car park

From Bridlington (A1035):

  • follow signs for Beverley through Tickton
  • at roundabout follow the road straight ahead (Hull Bridge Road)
  • follow road over railway lines
  • take first left after pedestrian crossing onto Mill Lane
  • follow the road bearing right before the level crossing
  • take next left into the car park

From Driffield (A164):

  • follow road through Leconfield
  • at roundabout turn left onto the Grange Way bypass
  • follow this until you reach Swinemoor roundabout
  • turn right onto Hull Bridge Road
  • follow the road over the railway lines
  • take first left after pedestrian crossing onto Mill Lane
  • follow the road bearing right before the level crossing
  • take next left into the car park

By Bus

  • nearest stop, Norwood, Beverley (0.25 miles) service numbers 121 & 122
  • alternatively, New Walkergate, Beverley (0.25 miles) service numbers  X46

By Train
