The Managing Director of DfT Motoring Services chairs an Executive Board (EB) consisting of the Agency’s Interim Chief Executive Officer (and Interim accounting Officer), five Directors and a Non- Executive Board Member.
The EB meet formally each month to discuss the strategic direction of the Agency and to monitor the achievement of business objectives, including progress against the major change programme for the Agency.
The EB also deals with operational issues that might be escalated to it from the subordinate groups that support it.These groups are accountable to the EB for:
