DVLA has appointed an Engagement Partner to support the Agency in the delivery of an Outline Business Case (OBC) for future ICT Service Delivery. Approval of the OBC is planned for September 2013. The Agency continues to plan to deliver a Service Tower style model in readiness for the expiry of the Agency’s existing IT Contract in late 2015. The programme activity to September 2013 includes base lining information, developing future designs and implementation plans around four key workstreams:
