You may experience problems logging on if your current password is over 90 days old. Should you need your password reset or if a 'Page Cannot Be Displayed' message appears when you've tried to log in  contact the DVLA Online Helpdesk on 0300 123 0793. Once your password is reset you must change it within 24 hours. Once you have changed your password enter the new password when prompted on all occasions. Do not save your password.

This Web site provides a Notification of Destruction (NoD) / Certificate of Destruction (CoD) facility for the salvage industry and Automated First Registration and Licensing (AFRL) for manufacturers, dealers and importers of new vehicles.

Logging in

To log into this service you’ll need your user ID and password details. 

Normal hours of the help desk dealing with password problems only are:

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 8:30pm
Saturday 8:00am to 5.30pm.
The help desk for password problems and resets only 0300 123 0793.
