This Web site provides a Certificate of Destruction (CoD) / Notification of Destruction (NoD) facility for the salvage industry and Automated First Registration and Licensing (AFRL) for manufacturers, dealers and importers of new vehicles.

Should you need your password reset or if a 'Page Cannot Be Found' message appears when you've tried to log in contact the DVLA Online Helpdesk on 0300 123 0793. Once your password is reset you must change it within 24 hours. Once you have changed your password enter the new password when prompted on all occasions. Do not save your password. Please note: Due to a security upgrade users are now informed of their last log on date and will be timed out after 10 minutes of inactivity.

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 8:30pm
Saturday 8:00am to 5.30pm.
