The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency is an Executive Agency of the Department for Transport (DfT).
On Saturday 19 May 2012 a scheduled system upgrade means DVLA will not be able to access driver records. DVLA will only be able to offer general advice over the telephone. DVLA apologise for any inconvenience caused.

DVLA has identified a malfunctioning issue with a number of digital tachograph cards issued between 24 March 2007 and 31 August 2008.
